Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save terms, billing, and how to manage your plan.

Steadfast Health offers subscription purchase options (“Subscribe & Save”) for select products. When you choose a subscription, you agree to recurring billing and shipments based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

1. Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Steadfast Health to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for each order until you cancel. Charges occur at the then-current subscription price, minus any applicable subscription discount, plus taxes and shipping (if applicable).

2. Subscription Discount

Subscribers may receive a percentage discount off the standard one-time purchase price. Discount amounts, eligible products, and offers may change over time. Changes apply to future orders after becoming effective.

3. Order Frequency & Renewal

Subscription orders renew automatically on your selected schedule. Your billing date generally aligns with the shipment schedule. Available delivery options are shown on the product page at the time you subscribe.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship subscription orders according to your selected frequency. Carrier delivery times vary by location. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we may delay shipment or contact you with options.

5. Managing Your Subscription (Skip, Pause, Cancel)

You can manage your subscription at any time, including skipping a shipment, pausing, or canceling:

Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Once an order is processed (billed), it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Price Changes

Product prices may change. Any updated price will apply to future subscription orders. Where required, we will provide notice in advance of material changes.

8. Payment Failures

If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may be placed on hold while we attempt to process payment. You may need to update billing details to resume shipments.

9. Returns & Refunds
